The price of a crushing machine depends on the machine type, production capacity, feed and output dimensions, material used for wear parts, motor power and required auxiliary equipment. To provide an accurate quotation, the rock type and production-line specifications must be evaluated.
Yes. The equipment configuration and capacity should be selected according to the actual quarry or mine conditions and the required final product. The feed opening, motor, chassis, consumable parts and upstream and downstream equipment can all be customized for the project.
A used machine may have a lower initial cost, but its chassis, rotor, bearings, bushings, wear parts and maintenance history must be carefully inspected. For continuous production, a new machine configured for the project generally reduces the risk of production-line downtime.
The actual capacity of a production line does not depend solely on the nominal capacity of one crusher. Feeder performance, screen efficiency, conveyor capacity, feed size, material moisture and the compatibility of all equipment capacities collectively determine the line’s actual output.
