This type of cone crusher is used as a secondary crusher in mines and has high efficiency and low wear for high hardness rocks. The wear parts of this type of crusher are made of manganese steel. The fully automatic system in the machine, by moving the shaft up and down and consequently adjusting the inlet opening, prevents any pressure from entering the machine.

Sturdy structure, high power and capacity in crushing rocks, easy adjustment, low cost and maintenance are the unique features of this machine. The crushing operation in this system is done by closing the gap between the two mantles (which are located on the shaft) and the concave (which is installed inside the main body, i.e. the top shell).
