Mobile crushers operate on mechanical and hydraulic principles. These devices usually consist of a mobile chassis on which one or more types of crushers are installed. The operation of these devices is that the stones are fed through the entrance of the device and then fed into the crusher chamber by a feeder and the stone crushing operation is performed on it. After crushing, the stones are transferred to the next stage through a conveyor system. The diesel or electric engines of these devices provide the necessary power for crushing and transportation. In addition, the advanced control systems used in these devices allow for precise monitoring and control of the crushing process.
Mobile crusher construction and application plan
Due to its mobility, this device can be used as a primary crusher with a schedule in 2 or 3 mining shifts. Mobile crusher with mobile screens is the best tool for building a granulation plant, and the ability to easily transport it to any other location is the biggest advantage of this device.
Mobile crushing and granulation process
In this method, after the explosion, the mobile crusher comes to the rocks. Then the rocks are poured into the mobile crusher’s feeding hopper with an excavator and after separation of the waste and initial crushing, they are transferred to mobile conveyor belts and are sent to the granulation plant by a fixed conveyor belt for a distance and then to the secondary crusher for the main crushing to take place. This method is called the mobile granulation plant, which includes the advantages of minimal damage to the environment, less manpower and cost, and the least possible time.
